Photographer, traveler and dreamer
I live in Syracuse in Sicily, but for me no place is far away.
At the beginning I was just a pure athlete, sweat and effort. Then I started to love the mountains but above all I learned to love the world and its boundless spaces. I breathed sand and my eyes saw through needles of ice, I walked across endless lands and met tribal elders.
I have a thousand faces and a thousand different landscapes in my eyes.
Like a shaman I seek the sacred fire, the one that burns inside every person who ardently pursues their passion.

Born in 1966, passionate about outdoor sports, adventure travel and photographic reportage.
I have been photographing for over thirty years since I started documenting my sporting adventures and my travels to the most remote places on the planet, I have traveled to over seventy countries on five continents.
For me, photography is more than just a passion or a profession, it is the ideal means of communicating emotions and being able to express oneself.
In recent years, after having attended in-depth courses on the technique and language of photography and having collaborated with Roberto Zampino, one of the most eclectic outdoor photographers, I have undertaken a career as a freelance outdoor photographer. I mainly deal with editorial photography in the field of outdoor sports activities, with a focus on climbing and mountain activities. To date I have published over forty articles accompanied by text and photographs in magazines in fifteen countries: USA, Canada, Australia, Africa and Europe. I have created photographic services for sportswear brands, tourist promotion bodies, Alpine Guides, Tour Operators, Trekking Agencies and Climbing Houses in Italy, Malta, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Poland, Norway, Vietnam and Nepal.
In 2022 I won the first prize in the “Climbing Photography Competition” organized by the MCC of Malta.
