Climbing
L’arrampicata è più di uno sport, è uno stile di vita.
Vado in montagna e in falesia da sempre, e tutta la mia via si è plasmata attorno all’arrampicata. Dai reportage di viaggio alla fotografia d’arrampicata, il passo è stato quello più immediato. Ho fotografato tutte quelle rocce dove per anni ho consumato i polpastrelli e ho fotografo tutti quei climber con i quali almeno una volta ci siamo legati ai due capi di una corda.
Climbing is more than a sport, it's a lifestyle.
I have been to the mountains and to the cliffs since ever, and my whole life has been shaped around climbing. From travel reports to climbing photography, the step was the most immediate one. I have photographed all those rocks where I have worn out my fingertips for years and I have photographed all those climbers with whom we have tied ourselves to the two ends of a rope at least once.
